At Studio P, we are passionate restauranteurs with a commitment to creating extraordinary dining experiences that elevate everyday experiences. As a family-run business we have grown from a former bustling Italian restaurant in South Bank, to our now three distinct venues - Morning After, Yolk and PingPong.

Led by Yianni Passaris, the son of Soula and Michael Passaris, we have honed our craft in delivering unique and memorable dining experiences. At Studio P we thrive on pushing boundaries and don’t shy away from trying something new. Yianni’s high level of attention to detail and his strategic mindset ensures every venture is executed to the highest standard. With the support of his family, in particular his younger brother, Nicholas Passaris, who plays a crucial role in operations and shaping our future direction, Studio P continues to evolve while staying true to its roots.
