For more than two decades, the Passaris family has been creating hospitality experiences across Brisbane. We believe great venues are about more than great food—they create moments, foster connection and become part of the communities they serve.

Led by Yianni Passaris, alongside his parents Soula and Michael Passaris, Studio P has built a reputation for transforming bold ideas into thriving businesses. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset, attention to detail and willingness to challenge convention, Yianni is driven by a passion for creating hospitality experiences that stand out in a competitive market while remaining approachable and welcoming to everyday guests.

Supporting the group's growth is Yianni's younger brother, Nicholas Passaris, who plays an integral role in operations and the ongoing evolution of the business. Together, the family combines decades of hospitality experience with a shared commitment to innovation, quality and exceptional guest experiences.
